- Technician removed blower motor assembly due to large amounts of debris, nuts and leaves in the motor fan and cabin air filter. cleaned out and re-installed with new air filter, no noise after cleaning.
- Technician found code for b1698 for left side airbag initialization incomplete. Technician found that the sensor setting the code is located in the driver side door, technician removed door panel to assess wiring. Wiring at the sensor and through the door harness is in good condition. However technician did find a broken wire at the connector inside the vehicle. the break is too close to the connector to confidently repair wire. Recommend replacing connector for best repair. Spoke with and advised customer, provided estimate, declined further repair at this time.
